  • Demonstrated success managing global product teams and delivering complex enterprise software.

  • Track record of engaging directly with customers on performance, scalability, and workload tuning.

  • Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen with experience managing roadmaps, budgets, and investments.

  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and represent the company externally.

What you will bring:

  • Understanding of competitive database technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and how Teradata differentiates.

  • Experience building data-intensive products that support both OLTP and OLAP workloads.

  • Passion for database innovation and a commitment to delivering measurable value to enterprise customers.

You bring a unique combination of technical depth and business leadership, with the ability to define a long-term vision for Teradata’s database while ensuring execution excellence.
