Role Purpose Statement
The job incumbent ensures control, maintenance and continuous improvement of operational standards, according to Corporate policies and customer requirements, within Customer Service Center (CSC) and in accordance with the regional/corporate team. Main Accountabilities
Lean Production
- Implement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in close coordination with management staff
- Implement LSG Production System for CSC in line with corporate and regional policies
- Ability to teach the principals of lean and other process improvements and provide training as required within area of CSC (for example, Kaizen events)
- Support CSC in the implementation of Regional Operational Excellence Strategy, guidelines, and policies
- Support CSC management teams to achieve business targets (KPI's)
- Define continuous improvement targets together with the management staff and report performance against set operational objectives
- Analyze cost reduction potential; Accountable for settling and delivering budget results related to productivity/process improvements
- Report on KPIs for quality, productivity costs, and service delivery
- Ensure communication and know-how sharing processes between CSCs in the country/region
- Identify and train CSC departmental management and core employees on production system methodology and lean principles
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent experience required
- In addition, five to seven years experience in developing and implementing production/process methods and with at least three to five years experience in a manufacturing/automotive industry required
- Effective workshop facilitator skills required; experience in leading teams, driving change and delivering results
- Knowledge of lean concepts including Toyota Production System principles required
- Proven track record in Lean manufacturing and success in implementation of redesigned processes
- Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or Lean Master Certification preferred

This position supports the stabilization and continuous improvement of business transformation objectives and process mining solutions as part of the BHE Process Improvement Center Excellence. The Process Improvement Analyst assists with all aspects of business transformation stabilization and continuous improvement to ensure business needs are met. This individual will use analytics and data-driven insights to interact with the BHE affiliates to ensure process improvement outcomes. This position will collaborate with various business stakeholders and vendors to implement and align technologies in support of standardizing, digitizing and automating processes.
Responsibilities
Ensures analytical and process mining capabilities support business transformation global process vision and strategy. Uses process mining and other analytics tools to evaluate process effectiveness and benchmark process conformance to business processes as designed. Identifies process improvement opportunities and creates data-driven insights to support BHE affiliates. Develops recommendations and action plans for improving process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Coordinates with business optimization teams and end users to understand feedback on business processes delivered by the transformation. Initiates collection and performs evaluation of end user feedback regarding reporting and analytics capabilities and needs. Identifies opportunities to apply Lean methods to improve business outcomes, reduce user pain points and increase process efficiency and effectiveness. Leads Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business outcomes.
Develops and tracks key metrics to demonstrate progress against business transformation objectives. Assists process improvement directors and IT teams to enhance deployed solutions, analytics and reporting.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, industrial science, business or a related field. (Typically, four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
Effective analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills to understand appropriate levels of process detail, but able to understand within context of process improvement goals.
Ability to collaborate with individuals across multiple businesses and departments to collect requirements and ensure data and analytics solutions meet business needs.
Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to research, document, present and summarize process improvement measurements and findings to process improvement and business leadership.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement is desired. Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred. Familiarity and experience with query languages, process mining and data visualization software is a plus.

This position will be responsible for providing financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to drive cost optimization, improve resource utilization, and enhance the overall financial performance of our cloud hardware operations/utilization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure composition, use, and economics, have excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operations teams.
About The Role:
- Lead DC power and hardware efficiency initiatives within FP&A
- Establish process to create hardware efficiency targets (KPI and $ savings)
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify and track KPIs related to cloud hardware operational efficiency (i.e. server utilization, power efficiency, cost per compute hour, etc.)
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial results, budget variance, and KPI results, communicating the analyses to key stakeholders while identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of operational data to continuously identify new cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains
- Evaluate the financial impact of various hardware configurations, resource management strategies, and infrastructure optimization projects
- Support capacity and financial forecasts, ensuring efficiency targets are being accounted for in all forecast updates
Who You Are:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, or other business major is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MS) is preferred.
- 7-10+ year(s) of experience in a general finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles
- Previous experience in Cloud or Data Center Infrastructure (data centers, cloud, etc.) is required
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complicated financial analyses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates that have demonstrably interacted with management or other executive-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting.
- High level of self-sufficiency with proven success at self-teaching and a high intellectual motor
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or SQL a plus

The base salary range for this role is $27,000 to 168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

The Six Sigma Black Belt / Warranty Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing automotive warranty processes and conducting advanced, large-scale data analytics. This position is tasked with leading efforts to reduce warranty costs, enhance product quality, and improve customer satisfaction throughout Neapco. Job Description: Six Sigma Black Belt/ Corporate Warranty Engineer
Key Responsibilities, Including, but not limited to:
- Project Leadership: Oversee Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, driving warranty reduction, quality enhancement, and process optimization within automotive manufacturing and facilities support settings.
- Data Analysis & Regression Modeling: Perform large-scale data analysis using statistical tools to uncover warranty trends and determine root causes. Build and execute regression models to forecast warranty outcomes after implementing Permanent Corrective Actions (PCAs), ensuring data-driven insights inform strategic decision-making.
- Structured Problem Solving: Apply Six Sigma and other structured methodologies to pinpoint root causes of issues across products, processes, and systems. Work closely with process owners to design and implement risk-appropriate solutions, effectively minimizing or resolving problems while ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Process Improvement: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to map existing processes, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and deploy robust solutions rooted in Six Sigma principles. Drive key deliverables, including reducing high incident rates by supporting the development of test methods such as Design of Experiments (DOE) establishing criteria, and leading structured problem-resolution efforts.
- Training & Mentorship: Collaborate with the corporate quality team to train and mentor Green Belts and team members in Six Sigma methodologies, data analysis techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Deliver hands-on support to manufacturing sites, emphasizing guidance for plant warranty engineers and facilities team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Purchasing and Supplier Development (including Tier II/III suppliers in support of implementing and or improvement of warranty programs), to ensure alignment and effective implementation of warranty improvement strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to warranty claims and product quality. Generate reports and presentations for management, outlining project progress, results, and recommendations derived from predictive analytics.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers to identify and address warranty-related concerns, ensuring customer feedback is effectively incorporated into product development and process improvement initiatives. Participate in recurring and special events focused on enhancing warranty performance and driving continuous improvement. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer warranty processes, including Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), B2B portal navigation, and the extraction and analysis of warranty data for internal reporting and insights.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all warranty processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Maintain compliance with standards such as CQI-14 and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), ensuring consistent alignment with regulatory and organizational expectations.
Required Skills
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in quality management, process improvement, or warranty analysis within the automotive sector is preferred, with an emphasis on large-scale data analytics and structured problem-solving. Recent college or university graduates with technical degrees and less than five (5) years of industry experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab), data analytics, and regression modeling techniques (e.g., Python) is required, along with expertise in project management tools and the Microsoft Business Office Suite, including Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI (or equivalent platforms). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in creating graphical reports using pivot tables and related functions, is highly desirable.
