The Power Field Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Riggs Power Systems field service activities. This role ensures work orders are accurately opened, tracked, and closed while coordinating with field technicians, dispatch, and parts departments. The Power Field Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflow, supporting technicians in the field, and providing outstanding service to Riggs clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Open, monitor, and close field service work orders accurately and on time.
- Assist dispatch in scheduling and coordinating field technicians to meet client needs and job priorities.
- Communicate with technicians to track job progress, gather updates, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Order and track parts required for field jobs, working closely with the Parts Department to avoid delays.

The Power Systems Engineer would perform system studies on electrical distribution, generation and transmission systems, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform short circuit calculations, overcurrent coordination, load flow and arc flash analyses for customers in the industrial, commercial, and energy fields
