We are seeking a Consultant to join our Power & Fuels Asset Advisory team who brings a strong understanding of power generation systems and a passion for solving complex challenges. Qualifications

Prior experience associated with electric utility operations, planning, or consulting.

Experience with fossil generation such as project development and site selection, asset due diligence and acquisition support, independent engineer services, condition assessments, and cost and performance benchmarking, asset management, operations, maintenance, and engineering management of fossil generation.

Ability to execute various power generation studies.

Strong knowledge of electric power generation facility types and power system operations.

Strong knowledge in standard engineering, construction, and operation techniques, principles, and procedures associated with power generation facilities, specifically fossil generation.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

Overview
The Energy Analyst I is responsible for organizing and analyzing utility and supporting energy use data to assist with the review and evaluation of energy and cost efficiency opportunities. Position Description
Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Energy Management Consultant to lead and support commercial and industrial facility managers in major investor-owned utility-sponsored energy management programs. As the Energy Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding facility managers towards sustainable energy practices, empowering them to achieve energy efficiency goals and positively impact their organizations.
Objectives of this Role
- Empower and support commercial and industrial facility managers in adopting sustainable energy practices and achieving improved energy efficiency within their properties.
- Effect sustainable change by teaching facility managers to strategically manage energy and drive continuous improvement in energy management practices.
- Build strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and refine Strategic Energy Management (SEM) curriculum for optimal impact.
- Adhere to Energy Infrastructure Partners' quality standards, maintaining a working knowledge of relevant technologies, best practices, and upholding federal and state regulations.
DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with commercial and industrial facility managers, addressing their energy management challenges and providing guidance on energy-saving strategies.
- Lead educational workshops and training sessions to raise awareness of energy conservation and promote energy-efficient behaviors among facility managers.
- Assist facility managers in identifying energy-saving opportunities within commercial and industrial properties through energy assessments.
- Collaborate with facility managers to establish energy reduction targets aligned with the utility-sponsored program's objectives and organizational goals.
- Review and analyze facility managers' energy performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized action plans.
- Provide technical expertise on energy-efficient technologies and systems, assisting facility managers in implementing energy-saving measures tailored to their specific needs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability, education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an energy engineer, energy coach, technical sales, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in energy management, energy efficiency, or sustainability initiatives.
- Strong coaching, training, facilitating, and mentoring skills, with the ability to empower and motivate facility managers.
- Profound knowledge of energy-efficient technologies, systems, and best practices.

Job Overview
The Energy Management System Operator is an integral part of the Store Environment Team, supporting all Macy’s Inc. locations by turning on and off the lights and HVAC within company standards while creating a comfortable shopping environment for customers. What You Will Do
- Schedule, monitor, and adjust lighting and HVAC systems for stores nationwide.
- Schedule lighting and HVAC for holidays, inventory, special events, and sales based on company standards.
- Monitor store temperatures to ensure they meet standards and troubleshoot any lighting or HVAC issues with field technicians.
- Use various energy management systems, including but not limited to: Andover Continuum, Ecostruxure, Ezenics, HI Solutions, Siemens, and I-Net.
- Prepare and distribute energy reports as requested or required.
- Perform all functions and duties of the Stores Operations Center position.
- Complete various Stores Operations Center and Energy Management assignments as delegated.

Skills You Will Need
Knowledge of EMS Systems : Working knowledge of various energy management systems, including but not limited to Andover Continuum, Ecostruxure, Ezenics, HI Solutions, Siemens, and I-Net, with the ability to learn new systems as they are upgraded.
Computer Literacy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar programs.
Troubleshooting : Ability to monitor store temperatures, identify issues, and troubleshoot with field technicians.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication : Ability to clearly prepare and distribute energy reports and communicate effectively with team members and field technicians.
Prioritization and Multi-tasking : Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Sense of Urgency and Follow-Up : Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
Team Collaboration and Independence : Resourceful self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Calm Under Pressure : Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Good Judgment and Critical Thinking : Uses good judgment and critical thinking skills to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Motivation and Professionalism : Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and consistently act professionally.
Who You Are
- Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel.
- Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms.
- Requires close vision.
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs, including Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- The Call Center is open 20-24 hours a day, depending on the time of year.
- EMD Operators work extended hours during holidays to cover 24-hour operations and address lighting and energy emergencies on demand.
