Key Responsibilities
Exercise Coordination Support
- Coordinate and align NATO exercises with force development and multi-domain operational requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across NATO nations, commands, and centers of excellence to synchronize objectives.
- Provide planning, execution, and reporting support for large-scale exercises, workshops, and wargames.
- Capture and integrate lessons learned into NATO’s doctrine, force structure, and training frameworks.

- LCAT 23: Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing multinational exercises or wargames.
- LCAT 24: Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture, requirements management, and capability modeling.
- Strong understanding of NATO or multinational defense structures, force development processes, and operational planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Citizenship of a NATO member nation; valid NATO-nation passport.
- Active NATO or National SECRET (or higher) clearance.
- Experience with NATO Architecture Framework (NAF), DOTMLPFI, and capability lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to integrate lessons learned into doctrine and training.

The Director-Enterprise Architecture will oversee the development and governance of enterprise-wide architectural strategies, ensuring alignment between IT and business goals for new and existing Enterprise Technology platforms. This role leads a team of platform engineers, owns the central Enterprise Architecture function and collaborates with Value Stream architects to define and build new generation platforms and provide an architectural governance model for the company. Job Summary
Partners with an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect, working across organizations to drive common approaches that solve business challenges with technology. Creates architecture frameworks which maps business strategy to process improvement and business capability improvements needed to meet the business's strategic goals.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Architecture team with thought leadership and guidance around technology and business process solutions
- Support SAP COE with functional, technical and architecture guidance in project planning and execution.
- Build current state and potential future state architecture designs. Maintains central repository of end-to-end process maps
- Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP or other ERP systems
- Creates process maps and landscapes from information gathered
- Help and review with the creation of training, product, and solution documentation
- Performing integration architecture and infrastructure design activities
- Participating in resolving technology integration problems
- Identifies opportunities to make changes in the process to eliminate outages, reduce waste, improve process and execution efficiencies, and improve communication across the organization.
- Collaborates with other IT groups and business partners to identify and sequence business capability improvements. Partners with the business to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, and propose solutions.
- Assess customer's current state, business goals and challenges, capabilities and existing IT investments by leading the planning and prioritization of strategic IT initiatives with customer sponsorship.
- Develops and maintains centralized capability repository and end to end process maps.
- Performs market analysis and solution assessment to define new standards.

Education And Experience Requirements
Pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, business management or information systems management at an accredited school.

- Ability to collaborate developing thought leadership work products such as strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to understand the needs of non-technical customers
