This position is responsible for residential and commercial pumping and disposal of non-hazardous waste and has direct contact with Wind River Environmental customers. Responsibilities include operating a company service truck and driving to various locations to pump septic tanks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements.
- Prepare for each service job to maximize efficiency (get truck ready, tools, etc.) by following daily pre-trip and post-trip maintenance (check fluids, tires, supplies)
- Perform customer service interaction when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Observe and note defective septic component systems, adverse buildup or hazards on the work order and provide any recommend maintenance or service to customer
- Completion and submission of quote and service paperwork to management in a timely manner, if required
- Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner
- Discuss and recommend adequate maintenance service frequency with the customer
- Follow all Wind River Environmental service protocols Other duties as assigned by management
Work Environment
- You are regularly exposed outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Interaction with customers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
- Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Must hold a Class A or B CDL with ability and willingness to obtain a tanker endorsement if requested
- No restrictions (must be able to drive manual transmission)
- At least 21 years of age
- At least one year of professional commercial driving experience (post-school)
- Ability to successfully pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, physical exam and road exams
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
- Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation
- Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- High-School Diploma
- The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $26.00- $29.00hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

- Understands & translates OSHA regulations pertaining to electrical, mechanical, forklift, scissor lift & fall arrest safety
- A valid CFC license a plus
- Familiar with work order software
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Has the ability to direct, train, and assist other maintenance personnel
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills

• Perform all work in accordance to company policies and regulations contained in company GMPs, Safety standards and standard operating procedures.

• Performs Equipment Rigging, Lifting, Moving.
• Change fluorescent light bulbs and Ballasts as required
• Performs and not limited to: All Building Maintenance functions - Basic electrical, roof repairs, Floor repairs, Building repairs/ modifications, Spackle & Paint, Carpentry, Equipment repairs and modifications etc.
• Exhibits the ability to operate all shop equipment when training was administered.
• Understand the basics of electrical / electronic theory.
• Performs and identifies preventive maintenance tasks.
• Exhibits flexibility acquired through training to be utilized at any position as needed in the company, or elsewhere in the facility.
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available on off hours to respond to facility emergency situations
• Electrical/ Electronic Troubleshooting - Investigates, repairs, installs, diagnoses, and performs all necessary repairs to electrical / electronic controls and systems, located within the facility
• Swiftly execute corrective action when approved by supervisor.
• Computer entries required for JD Edwards, Calibration Manager, Compliance Wire, and Documentum.
• Responsible for creating material lists for all projects assigned.
• Complete assigned work orders and give completed work order to pm coordinator or Facilities Manager.
Provides guidance and interaction with vendors to determine code compliant work scopes and quotations.
Provides level 1 IT support to facilitate installation of Hardware
Provides Network Cable CAT5/Ethernet installations for Offices, infrastructure, and Plant equipment.
Maintain office IT hardware inventory and assist with EHS compliant disposal.
Provide Ergonomic office installations and assistance of vendor.
Requirements
Education: High school graduate or related field experience in building maintenance.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, Trade school certification.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements: Ability to establish clear priorities quickly. Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to interface with all levels of the organization. PC literate, word processing and spreadsheet software. Able to read and understand construction blueprints. Basic electrical Knowledge. Knowledge of cGMPs.
