Position Summary:
The Graphics/Signs Production Specialist is responsible for representing Chafeh Graphics in a positive and professional manner while maintaining efficiency with minimal supervision. This position requires a variety of technical, management, and support services. Individual must be able to problem solve where needed and candidates are required to have background in graphic design
set-up, production operations and digital printing. Previous experience working with DTG, Screen printing, Heat Press, digital media and B2B is a plus. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitates and monitors printing and production services from start to completion.
- Operates digital printers and finishing equipment.
- Reviews print requests.
- Organizes and implements a production work schedule for processing requests.
- Monitors all printing systems to ensure appropriate and safe procedures are implemented.
- Develops database and maintains job log for assigned projects.
- Inspects and verifies completed projects to meet quality standards.
- Schedule to ensure the timely completion and availability of projects.
- Work with vendors and suppliers during the project production process.
- Meet deadlines with a limited turnaround time.
- Complete surveys on projects and report back to CEO with status and suggestions.
- Work within project guidelines and/or budgets.
- Good phone and email skills, proper manners, pleasant personality, being customer-service centric.
- Eager to continue your learning so that you can provide the most advanced skills, ideas, and recommendations to our staff and clients.
Requirements :
- Installation Experience Indoor and Outdoor signage with minimal supervision (Required)
- Design Experience (Preferred)
- Complete understanding of printing methods and preparing files for print.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and preparing HTML for email. HTML5 an added bonus.
- Working knowledge and experience using Word Press and/or audio and visual software a plus.

Design promotional art for promotions, special events and branding materials. Create visually appealing videos for television, internal communications, and social media. Provide general support to the Marketing Department as assigned by the Marketing Director. This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team and help bring the Arena Club brand to life across every visual touchpoint. You'll create assets for digital campaigns, product launches, social media, and events — translating big ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with collectors and fans. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate daily with our marketing, social, and content teams, contributing to both day-to-day production and larger brand initiatives as we scale.
What You'll Do- Design digital assets for social media, email newsletters, product launches, and digital ads
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ideate and execute creative concepts
- Support brand and content initiatives with visuals for events, partnerships, and creator collaborations
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels
- Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets are optimized for web and mobile
You have a strong eye for composition, typography, and detail, and you love creating clean, scroll-stopping designs that perform well in the wild. You're organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects a plus)
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals across digital channels
- Experience creating assets for social media, email, and digital marketing
- Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles
- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth startup environment
Location Requirements:
- Onsite in our LA office 5 days a week
