Job Description

As the Market Research Analyst for Insurance, you will shape how Nearmap understands and anticipates the needs of our customers, markets, and competitors. This role focuses on uncovering insights that guide product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market alignment. In this role, you will partner with product managers, go-to-market teams, and executives to answer critical questions about what to build, who to build it for, and why it matters. Faith Forward Movement & Event Integration

What You Need To Get the Job Done:

  • 47 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, donor development, or digital campaign strategy.

UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Data & Analysis Manager to join our Truman Health Services team. This opportunity is a full-time (1.0 FTE) day shift opening located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Minimum $60,672 - Midpoint $75,840*

*Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience.

*Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.

Summary

Under general supervision, manages and maintains a comprehensive information resource, ensuring consistency and integrity of data; oversees collection and reporting of complex, related information. Interprets data, including statistical values, and provides advice and consultation regarding implications; may make recommendations for adjustments. Conducts needs assessments, designs and creates data systems, and participates in testing and implementation of new applications and/or enhancements and modifications to existing systems of a multifaceted nature. Provides assistance and training to system users.

Minimum Job Requirements for a Data & Analysis Manager:

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Data & Analysis Manager:

  1. Develops data collection instruments and methods for the evaluation and quality control of research, patient, or operational data.
  2. Utilizes specified statistical software to analyze and interpret data, as appropriate to the individual position.
  3. Consults with and advises on the use and interpretation of data; collaborates as appropriate in the structuring and development of data requirements.
  4. Performs needs assessment activities and works with other information systems personnel to design and/or develops specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of data, as appropriate to the position.
  5. Utilizes business process analysis to identify the current state of processes, eliciting their useful and harmful attributes, documenting models of the processes, and facilitating stakeholder groups to a consensus regarding new business process designs.
  6. Provides general problem solving, technical assistance, software maintenance, and training to personnel in the use of personal computers, software packages, and on-line information systems.
  7. Documents projects; writes and maintains user instructions and training materials. May provide individual and/or group instruction and training to providers and staff related to such materials.
  8. Provides system application leadership for research and development initiatives, implementation of new technologies, or current technology upgrades.
  9. May participate in or initiate proposal writing and funding searches; may develop and/or present training programs in the field of expertise.
