Axos Bank is looking for a Vice President of Marketing Strategy, Campaigns to drive marketing programs for the Consumer Bank. The ideal candidate has deep experience leading omni-channel marketing campaigns across multiple retail banking lines of business. This includes a high degree of comfort leveraging complex data sets to generate campaign concepts, projections, and results reporting.
Reporting to the FVP, Consumer Marketing Strategy, this senior-level position will collaborate heavily across marketing, business, product management, martech/centers of excellence, and data analytics. Responsibilities:
- Working with marketing and business unit leadership, contribute heavily to the annual consumer marketing strategic plan and program calendar, prioritizing initiatives that will have the largest impact on primary KPIs.
- Develop strategic program, product, and business briefs that set the stage for campaign execution by a team of supporting project specialists, writers, designers, analysts, and channel partners.

- Become a subject matter expert on all first- and third-party data sources available for research, segmentation, reporting, and analysis. Suggest new sources when applicable.
- Select, monitor, and adjust key target audiences to maximize response and overall share of wallet. This includes working with supporting teams to develop and leverage net-of-control methodologies, machine learning, and propensity modeling.
- Regularly report business strategy updates and campaign/test results to the broader marketing and business teams. Keep detailed records of activities, impact, and next steps to inform future initiatives.
- As needed, draft audience-specific “pitch” content to inform creative execution for clarity of message and speed to market. Seek opportunities for personalization in content.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for product and positioning adjustments to the broader marketing team, business, and product management.
- Understand, adhere to, and act as subject matter expert for regulatory and compliance guidelines, including Fair Lending/Reg Z, UDAAP, Reg DD, and others.
- Lead special projects and other marketing initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role with a proven track record of developing, executing, testing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Retail financial services experience, either for personal banking or small/medium enterprise (business) banking.
- High degree of comfort and experience in requesting and analyzing complex data sets for the purpose of audience segmentation, campaign results reporting, and customer lifecycle/vintage KPIs.
- Demonstrated self-starter with ability to concurrently manage multiple campaigns across several lines of business.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands that have frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, including high comfort level in presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools and frameworks (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio specifically are a plus).
- Knowledge of digital reporting tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Tableau/dashboards).
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio).

- As needed, draft audience-specific “pitch” content to inform creative execution for clarity of message and speed to market. Seek opportunities for personalization in content.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for product and positioning adjustments to the broader marketing team, business, and product management.
- Understand, adhere to, and act as subject matter expert for regulatory and compliance guidelines, including Fair Lending/Reg Z, UDAAP, Reg DD, and others.
- Lead special projects and other marketing initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role with a proven track record of developing, executing, testing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Retail financial services experience, either for personal banking or small/medium enterprise (business) banking.
- High degree of comfort and experience in requesting and analyzing complex data sets for the purpose of audience segmentation, campaign results reporting, and customer lifecycle/vintage KPIs.
- Demonstrated self-starter with ability to concurrently manage multiple campaigns across several lines of business.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands that have frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, including high comfort level in presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools and frameworks (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio specifically are a plus).
- Knowledge of digital reporting tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Tableau/dashboards).
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio).

The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Campaigns Marketing Manager to support campaign strategy and development to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for our cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, buyer personas, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing programs. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy:
Develop and oversee multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and sales priorities.
Work with channel owners and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and keep things on track
Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage data to define audience segments, ensuring campaigns are personalized and relevant.
Content & Messaging:
Develop and test messaging for a particular market segment or product area.
Collaborate with the content team and channel owners to define which campaign assets need to be developed, including emails, landing pages, whitepapers, eBooks, and more.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
Performance Measurement:
- Aggregate, track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution) and surface suggestions to optimize based on insights.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior to inform campaign strategy, and surface recommendations
What you bring to the team
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on integrated campaigns in the cybersecurity or enterprise technology space.
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through strategic marketing programs, and coordinating launch across multiple channel owners.
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity buyer journey and personas (CISOs, security analysts, IT leaders).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take clear direction and self-start in situations of ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with a range of marketing across enterprise, mid-market and commercial segments. Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
Experience with content marketing and creative development Knowledge of Proofpoint’s product portfolio or similar cybersecurity solutions.

The Director, Omnichannel Campaign Management & Digital Lab Operations is responsible for leading the operating model and operational excellence of the AbbVie Digital Lab as well as a team of Campaign Managers covering the U.S. Therapeutics portfolio. This role will oversee the team of Campaign Managers to drive day-to-day progress, proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track and enable alignment with Omnichannel Experience Leads, brand leadership and across the Digital Lab. This role ensures Lab operations run smoothly, and is delivering against Digital Transformation strategy defined by the VP of the Digital Lab.
This role operates in a matrixed environment and interacts with senior leaders across marketing, purchasing, finance, MABI, BTS, etc. This role is the financial steward of the Lab and ensures all teams and projects within the Lab are resourced appropriately. From a culture standpoint, this role leads the Agile Ways of Working both within the Lab as well as with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive our operating model in the most effective way possible.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Lab leadership team to oversee all program management activities related to the AbbVie Digital Lab, including Lab scaling and change management plans
- Manage overall Digital Lab operations, including overall ways of working across media and Digital and Marketing services, driving effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Develop and Implement Effective Project Management Strategies: Design and execute tools, resources, and standards that are utilized team-wide to ensure consistency and maximize process efficiency across the project management team.
- Manage Project Management and External Agency Partnerships: Supervise and enhance relationships with external agencies to ensure effective collaboration. Focus on maximizing cost efficiency across the portfolio while delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators for the Lab to measure and ensure Lab success. Create a dashboard and assess lab performance and capabilities against KPIs to identify and solve improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and increase Lab use & optimization by brand teams
- Develop and implement platforms and tools to enable effective program management team.
- Lead Resource Allocation for Program Management Teams: Direct and optimize resourcing decisions across Lab PM teams to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in achieving project goals.
- Provide strategic expertise on business case demand forecasting and resource management for Digital SteerCos across all Digital Lab functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA a plus
- Minimum 10 years related, operations, project management marketing or digital experience
- Experience scaling an organization utilizing agile ways of working
- Experience leading and managing large scale projects of significant organizational impact
- A high level of oral and written communication skills is required
- Program management experience with demonstrated decision-making is required
- Person must have demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to think strategically in problem solving and decision-making
- Must have excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, management, team members, outside vendors and consultants, particularly in relationship to the implementation of new processes and business practices
