Job Description
Company Overview
DealShark Negotiators is the fastest-growing negotiation empire, founded by a former billionaire who rebuilt from zero capital into a multi-million savings machine. We're not just a service—we're a revolution, empowering buyers and sellers to crush deals on cars, homes, appliances, apartments, and more. With our elite "Sales Assassin" training, we've saved clients millions ethically while building a global team of closers. Work from home, flex your schedule, and join an unstoppable crew that's scaling to $10K/week per agent. If you're a natural talker (or want to become one), this is your launchpad to financial freedom—start earning Day 1 with zero upfront costs!
As a **Remote Negotiation Assassin** at DealShark, you'll be the hero behind the scenes: negotiating killer deals for clients via phone, email, or virtual tools. Whether it's slashing $K off a SUV for a buyer or boosting a seller's home price by 4.5K, you'll use our proven scripts, market data (KBB, Zillow), and free tools to close fast and ethically. We show you how to acquire warm leads from Craigslist, Facebook, and our inbound system. Beginners? Our 4-hour "Assassin Training Bible" turns introverts into closers overnight. Masters? Leverage your skills and make than you will anywhere else. Fully remote, part-time or full-time—onboard today, negotiate tomorrow, cash in weekly. Be part of an empire where hustle meets heart: Protect clients from scams, deliver massive savings, and scale your income to $5 K+/month.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt & Engage Leads: Use our automated system (Zapier-integrated) to outreach 20-50 warm prospects daily via Messenger, email, or calls—scripts provided for buyers/sellers.
Master the Pitch: Qualify needs in 5-min discovery calls, deliver free market analyses, and propose our risk-free service (flat fees $2 0-500 or 20% savings commission).
Negotiate Like a Pro: Haggle with sellers/landlords using data-backed tactics—real-time client updates via text/email. Over-deliver with free title verifications (NMVTIS) and scam protection.
Close & Celebrate: Secure digital agreements (DocuSign), collect payments (Venmo/PayPal), and send savings reports. Upsell our $4 /mo DealShark Club for recurring revenue.
Track & Scale: Log deals in our simple Google Sheets CRM; weekly team Zooms for tips and motivation. Aim for 3-5 closes/day to hit 1K+ earnings.
What We're Looking For
We're casting a wide net—**master negotiators** with sales experience (real estate, cars, or high-ticket closes) AND **eager beginners** ready to try (strong communicators, hustlers, or even introverts with a growth mindset). No degree required; passion for people and deals is key!
Must-Haves: Reliable internet/phone, self-starter attitude, ethical mindset (we're heroes, not hustlers). Comfortable with Zoom/calls (we train the rest).
Nice-to-Haves (For Masters): 1+ year in sales/negotiations, familiarity with tools like KBB/Zillow, or a "gift for gab."
Beginner Bonus: If you're new, our training guarantees you'll close your first deal in Week 1—many agents start at $800 their debut week!
Diversity welcome: All backgrounds, ages 18+, full-time students/parents encouraged. If you've ever talked your way into a better deal (even at a flea market), you're our people.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: 200/week guaranteed for your first 30 days to cover ramp-up (no quotas—focus on learning).
Draw/Comm: 20-30% on every closed deal (e.g., $6 -150 on a 300 flat fee; uncapped—top agents hit $2 +/week). After 30 days, transition to full comm OR maintain base if you hit 10K in personal sales (your choice!).
Earnings Potential: 1K+ Week 1 (with training); 5K+/month by Month 2. Real agent: Closed 10 deals in Week 1 for 1,200 bonus.
Perks: Fully remote/WFH (set your hours—20-40/week), weekly payouts via PayPal/Zelle, free tools/training, referral bonuses ($5 per hired friend), and empire equity opportunities as we scale. Plus, the thrill of changing lives (saving clients 1K-5K/deal). Health stipend after 90 days for top performers.
Why Join DealShark? (The Empire Edge)
This isn't a job—it's your ticket to boss-level freedom. Imagine waking up, grabbing coffee, and closing deals from your couch while building real wealth. Our agents rave: "From zero sales experience to $3 /month in 60 days—DealShark's training is gold!" We're scaling fast (20+ agents now, 100 by year-end), so early joiners get the biggest slice. No gatekeeping: Onboard in 24 hours, shadow a live call Day 1, and earn on your first close. If you're ready to turn words into wins, this is it—join the revolution where negotiators become millionaires.
