The company is installing state-of-the-art experiences from their portfolio: “Shark Attack” where customers will meet eye-to-eye with prehistoric reptiles when standing on a motion platform, and “Mystery Mine” where 1G force combined with an adventurous ride in a mine car will deliver an amazing and memorable adrenaline rush. Ride Operator (Experience Guide)
Skills that are a must:

- You will oversee the correct operation of the rides / attractions and the safety of our patrons / customers. Operational safety and maintenance checks will be made daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

Either of the following will be willingly considered: Technical / Mechanical / Handyman/persons skills, IT hardware skills. IT software skills, POS (point of sales) experience.
Covering all positions on employee days off, meal breaks and rest periods will be a great part of your job.
Training will be provided. This is an opportunity for you to develop new skills.
1. You must be flexible to work full time schedules / shifts that meet the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays and weekends. This includes participating in any meetings. Matrix Innovative Technology is an entertainment company and will be operating 10:00AM until 9:30PM, Mall of America Hours.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
The Guest Experience Associate serves as the primary point of contact for incoming guest inquiries, using discretion and judgement to assess needs and direct communications to the appropriate internal teams. In this role, you will respond to general information requests and provide accurate brand-aligned guidance to callers and guests. You will manage and resolve customer complaints for assigned franchise and company-owned restaurants, ensuring timely documentation, escalation, and follow-through in alignment with company standards. You will oversee the assignment and tracking of guest feedback, ensuring accurate routing to appropriate personnel and monitoring resolution progress. The Guest Experience Associate will administer the system-wide Guest Feedback Program, including restaurant enrollment, login credential management, survey updates and resolution of program related inquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams to address BOH system tickets and ensure operational continuity. You will provide support to the Operations Services Team contributing to cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed. Ice arena construction and custom refrigeration systems. Since 1979, they have designed and built hundreds of ice rinks worldwide, offering services from initial installation to ongoing maintenance. Company performs work for municipal, High School, College, and NHL rinks across the country.
This role will be an entry-level opportunity with/ extensive travel across the US.
You will be assisting in the installation of Ice Rinks from pipe install, sand/grading, installing vapor barriers, insulation, subfloor, etc. until completion. 2025 client will be installing 22 ice rinks.
Skills & Qualifications:
