About the RoleRippling’s Design team is a 40+ person org spanning Product Design, Research, Content Design, and Design Systems. We partner closely with Product and Engineering across HR, IT, Finance, Growth, and beyond—working on both 0→1 product innovation and scaling existing products globally.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the VP, Product Design will lead the entire design function at Spring Health, driving a step-function change in design craft, innovation, and impact. This leader will own and evolve the end-to-end Member, Provider, and Customer Experience, ensuring that every interaction—whether digital or service-based—is seamless, intuitive, and high-impact. This role is critical to making Spring Health the most user-centric, design-led company in mental health. What we expect from you:

The target base salary range for this position is $54,400 - 335,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
