The Senior Civil Project Engineer/Project Manager is responsible for delivering technically sound products to meet internal and external client expectations. They will also make significant design decisions for assigned projects. The Senior Civil Project Engineering/Project Manager will also assist with marketing and business development and act as a Project Manager for assigned projects while also remaining technical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
- Makes major design decisions that meet the needs of external customers while coordinating the impact of such decisions on related project efforts.
- Proactively identifies technical, schedule or financial issues and seeks resolution from the Project Manager and/or the client as appropriate to the situation.

- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
- Must possess seven or more years of design/engineering experience and a demonstrated ability to act as an authorized agent of the company to sign engineering documents.

This position is responsible for supporting project invoicing, budget tracking, and operational compliance. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide invoice support including preparation of monthly invoice breakdown and all required invoice backup; track invoice payments; monitor release of subcontractor payments per contract terms
- Prepare accurate monthly invoices in accordance with project and client requirements
- Assist and support timely and proper submission of invoices into the client’s billing system
- Ensure all billing aligns with contractual terms and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required backup documentation for invoicing
