General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
A Residential Aides’ primary role is to provide the appropriate supports tailored to the needs and goals of our resident’s individual treatment plan. Specific Duties:

Position Summary: The Residential Aide provides direct care and support to individuals residing in Arrowleaf’s recovery-oriented community residential facilities. These individuals experience substantial psychiatric disabilities and meet medical necessity criteria as determined by the Illinois Department of Mental Health. Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualifies as a Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA); Mental Health Professional (MHP) is preferred. - Complete intakes for new clients and provide orientation to the facility and DHS rules and regulations.
