This is a full-time, salary position that is offered twice a year with flexible start dates.
The Sales and Leadership Training Program (SaLT) is a selective 12-week training starting Spring 2026, rotation-based training program that gives you the opportunity to learn about each division within the company.
During this program, you will go through sales and leadership training, both computer-based and in person. You will also participate in hands on training and shadowing – providing an opportunity to meet with different members of the organization to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
Once hired, you will be assigned a job path with the assistance of our company leaders. A schedule tailored to this path is assigned for the duration of the program to supplement your training and give you the foundation you need for the next role.
Upon completion of the program, you will begin your career in the first of many positions you will hold within the company.
