The Sales Director, Distribution Strategy should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, distribution, or commercial leadership roles.
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proven track record in CPG and B2B distribution strategies
- Strong financial acumen and experience with complex commercial processes.
- Ability to travel up to 50% overnight.
