Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-lifecycle sales process, prospecting customers via phone, email, referrals, LinkedIn, Salesforce relationships, partners, etc.
- Identify appropriate business contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
- Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through product demonstrations and presentations with Director, VP, and C Level prospects
- Manage accounts and contacts withinSalesforce.comthrough the entire sales lifecycle
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships to enhance future revenue opportunities
- Ability to match our sales process with customer buying processes
- Able to be in territory 1-2 times per month, up to 4-5 days at a time
- 7+ years of technology based sales experience, enterprise experience is preferred
- B2B experience in the Software / SaaS environment preferred
- Knowledge and experience working withSalesforce.com
- Proven track record of consistently delivering at and above quota
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field is strongly preferred

Compensation range of 65,000-85,000/yr. plus a great benefit package.
Location: Broadview, IL
Hours:1st Shift Schedule Mon-Fri
Qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience with working knowledge of production flow processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overseeing all the duties of a client relations representative and leading by example.
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor team member's performance, conduct performance reviews, and ensure the team is properly trained.
- Track service-related metrics to quantify and qualify staffing requirements and to monitor the meeting of pre-determined goals.
- Supervise employee workload by balancing and adjusting assignments to obtain effective performance.
- Process orders for key accounts and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- Sets up and supports EDI as needed.

Principal Manufacturing is seeking a Client Relations Supervisor to join our team in Broadview, IL. As a leader in fineblanking, conventional stamping and plastic injection molding, Principal Manufacturing sets itself above the competition.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Sets and achieves Client Relations department goals by using 'best practices' leadership and management principles and ensuring adherence to organization objectives. Coordinates and supervises the activities of the Client Relations department by working towards the goal of total customer satisfaction and is held accountable for ensuring that customer orders, concerns, and inquiries are resolved in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
