POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible and accountable to the Director of Real Estate Facilities for the coordination required to manage various activities associated with the real estate portfolio for University Health. Provides coordination to facilitate solutions related to real estate critical dates, property management issues, policy requirements and compliance with State Law. Helps ensure that real estate processes and reporting enable University Health to successfully and effectively manage deliverables associated with the real estate portfolio

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required.  A minimum of 2 years relevant experience with real estate or property management is required
