What You'll Do
- Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
- Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)

Job Purpose
Drives the Plant Strategy and Business Plan development and execution. Enables Departments and Cross-Functional teams to successfully perform their roles. Ensures initiatives support the achievement of the broader HDMA/NA objectives. Key Accountabilities
- Lead the Plant’s mid-term strategy and business plan development. As a representative of the Plant Leadership, collaborate with upstream and downstream customers to ensure strong alignment, performance, and execution through robust PDCA of themes and KPIs
- Drive PDCA on performance metrics, identifying and suggesting focus areas for Plant leadership discussion
- Lead priority themes, studies and continuous improvement activities within Plant by engaging internal stakeholders, and engage other Plants in cross-sharing of best practices
- Develop the Plant story flow and document preparation for HDMA executive review as indicated in the company Business Operation Flow.
- Lead business management process controls and audit functions as it relates to business planning compliance verification

Qualifications & Experience
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA desirable.

- Bachelor’s degree in planning, construction management, engineering or related field
- 10+ Years of ski resort planning
- Experience with development on USFS lands
- Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a complex, multi-functional business environment supporting a variety of initiatives
- Ability to manage large programs and processes in an expedited manner utilizing technology and corporate reporting tools
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, team building and coaching
- Review and guide engineering, specs, and scope of projects
