- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating functional discussions and providing expert guidance on Oracle's Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitioning, and Purchasing modules.
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to the implemented solutions, offering timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document and communicate functional specifications, design considerations, and potential improvements to the client's SCM processes.
- Assist in coordinating testing activities, including test script preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Provide post-implementation support and knowledge
