Rockgate Daycare and Learning Center is seeking a smart, dynamic, and innovative Lead Teacher to join our growing team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for Planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for our young children in collaboration with the Education Director and the other teaching staff.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Implementing curriculum plans.
- Setting up and maintaining a physical environment to promote growth and development of physical, cognitive, language, creative, and social/emotional skills
- Observing, recording, and assessing children’s developmental levels and progress in all areas of development
- Communicating with parents concerning needs, progress, and behavior of children
- Caring for the needs of children in personal hygiene areas including feeding, diapering/toileting, dressing, lifting and carrying children
- Hiring, training and supervising assistant staff members
- Providing leadership in a learning environment
- Providing and maintaining safe and sanitary facilities and environment
- Maintaining attendance and meal records in accordance with Licensing and USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program Standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or similar qualification)
- Must have at least two years of experience working with children young as 6-weeks old
- Must provide immunization record and be fingerprinted by IdentoGo
- Must be a team player and willing to help out wherever needed
- Strong knowledge of NYC licensing regulations.
- Must have a Birth- 2nd Grade certification

ACS System Associates Inc. is currently seeking experienced HVAC Technician to join and become an integral part of our team. You must possess a strong knowledge base of HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills, as well as have a solid understanding of related controls and building automation systems (DDC).
This is a non-union position.
Selected candidate will be a team player who can complete tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Air-Conditioning, Heating, Water Source Heat Pumps & Rooftop Packaged HVAC Systems, split systems, chillers, controls, BMS, etc.
- Daiken and Mitsubishi experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with BMS integration. This includes both hardware and software components
- Clean driving record.
- OSHA 30-hour training certification
REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma and technical school training
- EPA Universal certification
- OSHA 30hr certification
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of actual task experience
- NATE Certified is a plus

Responsibilities
- As Shift Leader, you will play a very important role in operating the store daily
- You will be responsible for maintaining fast friendly customer experience; keeping a clean organized kitchen; ensuring continuous flow of high quality cookies; keep crew working at a fast pass; ensure bakers are well trained and provide great customer service
- Shift Leader’s spend the majority of their time working in the kitchen as a team ensuring all crew members have assigned duties and all tasks are completed on time
- The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager
- Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
