Be a part of something new and exciting! Tommy Hilfiger is opening a brand-new store in Oceanside NY and we are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate leader to take on the role of Lead Stock Associate.
Why this Role?
As the Lead Stock Associate for a new Tommy Hilfiger location you will have a unique opportunity to build a store team from the ground up, lead your team through a grand opening, and shape the future success of the store.
The Lead Associate's primary function is to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. The Lead Associate has cash responsibilities and also performs a variety of operational activities as assigned by Store Management.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Consistently provides TH Customer Service to company standard.
· Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor.
· Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.
· Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
· Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
· Demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results.
· Follow all operational policies and procedures.
· Manage time and prioritize tasks.
· Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Attends Take 5 meetings and participates in staff meetings, as required.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards.
· Builds repeat customer base through excellent data capturing and service.
· Maintains strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events in order to communicate to customers for more effective selling.
· Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
· Effectively maintains zone coverage; acknowledges every customer within the zone; treats customers with priority over assigned tasks.
· Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Manage time and prioritize tasks.
PERSONAL:
· Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance.
· Demonstrate professional image and conduct.
· Must be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
· Communicate concerns to management.
· Assist in developing Sales Associates.
· Maintain respect of peer group, staff and supervisor.

· Support all company / management decisions.
· Change schedules, adapt to the needs of the position, undertaking night shifts, weekends and holidays.
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Adhere to Policies and Procedures.
· Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advises management of any unusual internal or external activity.
· Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management to ensure store is always ready for business.
· Operate all register transactions including that of management (refunds, exchanges, associate sales, post voids, store credits, sale sends, gift cards, cash pulls)
· Authorized to reconcile all media when requested: Count in register tills, count down register tills, safe cash fund secondary verification, audit registers between cashiers.
· Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.
MERCHANDISING & VISUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
· Comply with visual presentation standards.
· Execute markdowns and re-merchandise, as needed.
· Maintain store organization fixtures/hardware/general cleanliness.
Pay Range:$13.00-$15.67

Stockroom Associates shares in the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining an organized and manageable stock / off-site storage area, processing merchandise as "floor ready", generating maximum sales potential through upholding high customer service standards, maintaining store appearance, keeping merchandise filled to the appropriate levels on the sales floor and minimizing shortages.

Job Overview:
Deliver operational, strategic and tactical customer insights that help drive NYRA Bets’ business strategy; Develop weekly and monthly reports that provide a 360-degree view of the NYRA Bet customer; Help define the customer value and lifecycle, identify campaign triggers, perform customer segmentation and suggest improvements to ensure relevant customer data is captured and accessible for analysis and inclusion into strategies that increase customer loyalty and wagering activity. Provide operational support of the ADW and Content Management lines of business. Ensure accuracy and perform daily quality assurance on the ADW desktop and mobile/app.
Essential Functions:

Analyze all published reports for credibility, consistency and adherence to established business processes and rules. Interpret results and offer summary insights, conclusions and recommendations as appropriate;

Perform day-to-day operations for NYRA Bets;

Leverage database(s) and provide reports on transaction activity;

Deliver recommendations and conclusions drawn from analyses of internal and external data sources;

Assist with ongoing fraud mitigation;

Serve as an expert in all customer-related ADW questions/concerns;

Qualifications:

Education (minimum): Bachelor's Required
