We are looking for an Associate User Experience (UX) Researcher in the growing Innovation & Strategy organization to accomplish our mission. The Associate UX Researcher is experienced with design thinking and agile processes and will help plan, recruit and schedule UX research in partnership with researchers to identify new opportunities and improve our product, digital, web, and service-based experiences. The ideal candidate has a flexible attitude and will be ready to streamline and organize quick research operations with researchers and designers.

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. User Research for a Contract job with a client in Portsmouth, NH(Remote) . The ideal candidate drives user-centered design through actionable research insights and must excel in usability testing and customer interviews.
Rate Range: $50 /hour to $5/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr. User Research job responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform product design and development.
Recommend appropriate research methods based on business needs and hypotheses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers.
Communicate clear, concise research outcomes to guide strategic design decisions.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human Factors, HCI, Information Design, or related field (master’s preferred).
Minimum 4 years of relevant user research experience.
Expertise in qualitative research methods such as usability testing and customer interviews.
Familiarity with quantitative research tools (e.g., Validately, UserZoom).
Strong understanding of Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Pay Details: $50. 0 to 55.00 per hour
