Pay, Perks & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary, with a base range of $16-$20 , depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities, such as performance bonuses, may be available.

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Wellness Consultant  with strong customer service and sales skills  to join our team. As the face of our spa, you’ll help clients feel welcome, informed, and supported in their wellness journey while also promoting our services and products. Your ability to listen, connect, and confidently recommend services will play a key role in our clients’ satisfaction and our spa’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth

• Actively promote and sell services, packages, and memberships

• Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs

• Educate guests on the benefits of salt therapy and our full range of wellness services

• Book and manage appointments using Mindbody software

• Support events, workshops, and group sessions

• Keep the lobby and treatment areas clean, organized, and inviting

• Handle product sales and assist with inventory restocking

Qualifications

This opportunity can be implemented fully remote or in an existing practice or facility. Having experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Part time or full time is up to you as an Independent Contractor where you can have the freedom to set your own hours.
