Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed process mapping exercises to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows and training materials.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and recommend actionable process improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
