We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead  to join our Facilities Maintenance team in Wilton, CT . The Crew Lead plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and uptime across all site buildings and equipment. This position oversees the execution of hard services, including reactive and preventative maintenance, and drives continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

As a Maintenance Lead, you’ll manage a skilled maintenance crew on your assigned shift, provide leadership in troubleshooting and repairs, and work closely with production teams to maintain a safe, reliable, and high-performing facility environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring safe and efficient completion of all work.
  • Coordinate and execute both proactive and reactive maintenance activities for all building systems and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly, assess priorities, and develop short- and long-term corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and manage the performance and productivity of the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings, shift turnovers, and toolbox talks to ensure effective communication and team alignment.
  • Collaborate with production leadership to minimize downtime and communicate maintenance status updates regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, lockout/tagout, and company safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, reports, and work order system updates.

  • Support training and cross-training of employees to enhance team capability and flexibility.


Required Skills and Education:

  • Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or relevant technical training preferred.


  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in one or more skilled trades (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within maintenance or facilities operations.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital maintenance management systems.
  • Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.


  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license required.

General Summary:

The Lead Teller manages the teller line to ensure teller staff is adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory compliance. This person also oversees daily operation of branch, which includes ATM, vault, negotiable items, security, schedules and developing staff to provide exceptional service to members.

  1. Supervises staff under the direction of management to ensure service levels and operations are being maintained to Credit Union expectations. Completes weekly branch schedule and adheres to disbursement dates, monitors overtime and adjust staffs schedule as needed. Provides feedback for performance management reviews for each staff member.
  2. Opens branch with opening teller, conducts opening responsibilities, surprise cash audits and completes monthly alarm test. Conducts daily inspection of onsite ATM and related duties, including, but not limited to, completing log, replenishing cash, settling and balancing ATM as well as approving and placing holds on ATM checks. Orders cash for delivery for offsite ATM, balances, orders and stocks supplies as needed and pulls electronic journal on a monthly basis. Orders supplies as needed.
  3. Balances vault as needed, orders cash for branch, buys/sells cash/coin from tellers, verifies/breaks down cash shipment, bags excess coin for shipment. Conducts reviews of lobby/vestibule notice requirements per audit checklist. Destroys all checks and bonds from 90 days and completes log, as well as sends monthly reports to appropriate individuals by the 10th of every month.
  4. Serves as back up to staff in different branch locations when necessary.
  5. Promotes and maintains a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards to work effectively with members, co-workers, management and vendors. Demonstrates the Credit Union’s core values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity and Responsibility.
  6. Keeps abreast of industry developments including, but not limited to changes in regulations and technology.
  7. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and Banking/Credit Union Regulations.

  4. Minimum 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
  5. Extensive knowledge of products and services of a financial institution, including state and federal regulations and regulatory compliance.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills with a keen attention to detail. Must be organized, analytical and able to multitask.
  7. Ability to travel up to 50%. Must be available to work evenings and on weekends, as well as alarm calls and ATM servicing.

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead - Direct Hire - $120–$40k – Trumbull, CT location – Immediate opening

We’re seeking an experienced EHS Lead to oversee and elevate environmental, health, and safety programs. This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage EHS strategies, policies, and programs.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other regulations.

- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.

- Develop and deliver EHS training across all levels.

- Supervise EHS personnel and mentor junior staff.

- Support capital projects and emergency preparedness planning.

Qualifications:

- 5–7 years in EHS roles within manufacturing or distribution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

- Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH) preferred.

- Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO standards.

- Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication and leadership skills.
